At Macmillan, I managed a portfolio of more than 150 paperback titles each year from acquisition through publication. I analyzed hardcover performance and market trends to identify opportunities for paperback releases, then oversaw every stage of development, including repackages, special editions, schedules, and cross-functional coordination.
