At Macmillan, I partnered with authors to strengthen their manuscripts, from big-picture elements like structure, pacing, plot, and character development to sentence-level editing for clarity, grammar, and style. I also collaborated with creative directors, illustrators, and sales teams to develop covers and interiors that positioned each book for its intended audience. Healthcare
At minds + assembly, I led editorial oversight and quality control for TAKHZYRO, a leading rare disease brand at Takeda Pharmaceuticals. I edited a wide range of print and digital materials—including websites, social media, emails, videos, brochures, and presentations—while ensuring scientific accuracy, brand consistency, and adherence to AMA style. I also helped shape the brand’s voice by maintaining its editorial standards and style guide, translating complex medical information into clear, compelling communications for healthcare professionals and patients.
